Fashion Chicks paved the way for a next generation of Dutch 'teen movies'. 195.000 visitors generated a €1.500.000 box office. Therefore the movie was awarded the 'Golden Movie Award by the Dutch Film Foundation. The soundtrack by Dutch boyband B-Brave generated over 2.300.000 streams on Spotify.
